I have had the pleasure of meeting Dan Voelker while I was bartending at chili’s in Evanston and he’s always gone about and BEYOND to make Dan and I feel appreciated. Now, especially in such uncertain times, it means the world to have had Dan go so above and beyond. What he’s doing here is amazing and I’m so lucky to know somebody who is doing something so kind!
